White Chocolate Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
18 oreo cookies
White cream cheese softened (Half Cup)
White cooking chocolate (1 bar)
Chocolate Syrup (For Decoration)

Instructions
Crush
Crush oreo cookies into a fine shape (You can use blender or food processor is easiest)

Mix
Mix together white cream cheese and crushed cookies in a medium bowl until smooth.

Shape
Roll "dough" into small sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Put cookies in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Arrangement
Carefully melt white cooking chocolate by using a double boiler.
Insert a toothpick into each oreo ball and dip into the white melted chocolate(If the undipped oreo balls get to soft, place back in the freezer for a few minutes)Place on waxed paper to allow chocolate to harden.


Decoration
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the balls in a decorative pattern or use crushed dry nuts.
