Are We Hiding Behind Our Spirit?

Life is Not a Bed of Roses. This expression is frequently involved in everyone adolescence. We all grew up hearing this tête-à-tête. The most critical dilemma is do we practice what we preach? We all are bound with hopeless infinities while confronting life battles. Being sad or depressed is two contradictory ideas. We can’t stop our reasoning habit, it is an ongoing process. In this bustling atmosphere don’t waste your purity just for the sake of it. Life is all about unplanned confrontations, few will brighten your soul or some can decay your soul terribly.

Being depressed is not an imperfect sound. Actually, it signifies how faithful you are. Be transparent about your firmness, what you want? Why? And is it really worth it? Expectation drives anxiety, I do realize it’s hard to dodge expectations when you are fancying someone. The influential thing we do by ignoring ‘I’ (our self), in this course we damage our noble identity. We're born alone, we move alone, and we quit alone. It’s not necessary what do people think of you, do what makes you appeased. Stop blasting on yourself, your life and social channels, take the edge and be the part of the change. The social norms, cultural differences, religious clashes and social disputes are utter crap. Depression can be miserable if you ice up your willpower.

The soul is the final constituent in our depression which can split us easily. The only trick which can accommodate you to overcome your sadness and depression is your spiritual sound. Write what you sense, give them space where they can exist. Try to blend with your intimate bonds; do give them an opportunity to speak. Evaluate yourself; works on your flawed pieces try to locate a pathway for your soul. Instead of deprecating yourself, give wings to your sagacity. Social norms will only append baggage in your broken pieces. It can eliminate the self-doubt as our mind is the sole fighter in this struggle.

  1. "We're born alone, we move alone, and we quit alone, It’s not necessary what do people think of you, do what makes you appeased" at one point your saying this and on other to make your soul happy you said "Try to blend with your intimate bonds; do give them an opportunity to speak"
No matter what no one can live their life alone in this filthy & selfish world.

    1. Both interpretations are conflicting each other yet whipped by our approval. In the conclusion grouped I urged people to overcome the alone expression - 'We're born alone, we move alone, and we quit alone' and establish firm associations with blood bonds to packed your life with joviality.
