Busting Desi Myths

In Pakistan, at some stage of our life every Pakistani has heard superstitious myths. Desi parents have an unusual set of believes that they convey to their Kids.

They connected specific scenarios to particular events and have apprehension that it would happen in near future. I've seen both divisions, those with firm faith call it intelligence and who don't believe in such myths call it superstition.

Although we do not have scientific analyses of consequences that are connected to particular events. Here is a list of busting myths, some of them are too influential that they have become part of the culture. Almost all of them have nothing to do with intelligence or religion. Give them a dig and enjoy.
